Forums always annoyed me with that dammed strap. But I can’t really complain with these color-ways. Reminds me a little bit of the Teletubbies in sneaker form. Definitely worthy of the green or red pairs to be added to my closet. No set release date I’ll update accordingly.
These remind me a little bit of Kangaroos with the zipper pouch. but these have a more aesthetically appealing use of the zipper although a bit less useful. Get yours here! (or just hope Adidas.com gets them in)
Kicks and Chicks done right! Playboy looks out to its Playboy Mansion East Headquarters neighbors, Chi-Towns own Leaders1354 to produce a long awaited and previously immaturely done versions of this concept by solecollector and others. Leaders provided the kicks and Playboy provided the… This should be repeated with some AVN talent to really make things interesting, and hopefully with better sneakers too.
Before I knock out for the day I wanted to post up this deal I was hogging all to myself up until it arrived at my doorstep. OnIy because I was shook that they would sell out before I got mine and now that they have, its fair game.
This DVS LUXE X RAY BAN combo retailed for $200.00USD when it first dropped, people didn’t move on them as they should have it seems so now the In4mants dropped it down to $100.00USD. ($118 Shipped Domestically. HI folks pay tax, but you knew that.)
If you are a Ray Ban fan of the classics like me, you may already know that a pair of Wayfarers will run you about $119 + tax ( & shipping if you ordered online), and these are limited edition with the gold inner detailing, which you wont find after they sell out. The bonus is a pair of DVS leather kicks (which comes out to about FREE! Everyone Likes free!) is a win win. Although I’m not sure if the kicks are my stee-lo I’ll hold them or probably sell them later on for fifty bucks or so. (They are size 10 btw ) Either way this is a good look!
In continuation of the celebration, I hope they drop low top version because my current pair is looking kind of hurt at the moment. I am also glad I held back and did not fall for the okie-doke by getting these, out of despiration. F’ the Knicks, regardless this colorway is classic.
“These are the upcoming Air Jordan Fusion Force IV (4) models that combine the timeless Nike Air Force 1 (One) with the prized Air Jordan IV (4). The AJF4 will release in 3 different color schemes; black / cement grey, red/white/black (Fire Red), and white/blue (Military Blue). The Fire Red version releases in July 2009, Military Blue version in August 2009 blue, and black / cement grey version in September 2009.”
The other two colors are wick-wick-wack so I only jacked this one pic, grainy but you get the idea.
FINALLY! These will be released on Mita’s site, the long awaited New Balance MT580 Goretex! if you recall my unhealthy addiction to 580’s in a previous post, these will be a much welcomed addition to my closet library of hits. Is it February yet?
Wowee, Wowee, Wowee, Harputs strikes again, and again! Two Jordan Flight Suits from 1984, the same year the NBA banned the Nike Air Jordan One. The controversy caused by the banning, lead to the shoe selling out consistently for decades to follow. This suit was an accomplice to that shoe hysteria, making this Flight Suit all the more iller! Spend it if you got it, this is THE collector’s item!
Found Here. The Nike Air Hoop Structure looks like the Nike Air Stucture Triax 91 and the Nike Air Bakin’s jumped into a blender, poured into a muffin tin and baked up to a beauty of a muffin top that these became. Call up Kool and the Gang, this is “Too Hot!”
These socks were taylor made for the Nike Air Force II Lo Espo. I mean could you really go wrong with these showing through the clear uppers? Instead I see alot of cats wearing them with the baby blue socks that came with and other fruity flavors and prints. Thank you Anton Repponen!

With the success of having the Lightest high-top basketball sneaker ever, Nike has outdone itself with the lighest basketball sneaker ever, again. The Kobe IV low is a continuation of that success and this new colorway is a winner!
Right now you can go to Nike ID and scoop up a new color from now till February 1, 2009. I am a gray sneaker fanatic, so I’d be content with a comp’d pair of these! In the meantime you can actively get your own pair at MarqueeSole.com for ONLY $229.00USD!
These are nice, they are part of New Balance’s Spring 2009 preview for the 850 model. New Balance consistently aims for subtlety when putting out their tried and true models. I have never worn an 850, but in 2009 I’m hoping to change that. I’m sure the comfort level I expect from NB’s, continues across the board of models they offer.
Dropping next fall right in time for my birthday! This pair is pretty clean, safari print and a dope colorway = Win! You can check out the rest of what Nike has to offer for Fall of 2009, here. Unfortunately this was the only pair that got my attention.

“With the Zoom Kobe IV iD coming up in a few days, Nike has created funny video featuring actor Mike Epps and DJ AM. The video also features a number of ‘cool’ sneakers including a pair of the Entourage Air Force 1s, and even a pair of Air Yeezys. Of course the Zoom Kobe IV iD makes an appearance as well.”
11 + 12 = 23 for the Greatest Player to ever shove Bryon Russell and not get called for it.

The infestation in the states of the Superstar II with that inauthentic puffy fleece lined tongue, made for retiring my only pair of White/Ivy Superstar I impossible. Just like the Superstar I the Superstar 80’s have been introduced this year in honor of those golden years of the Superstars…
realmadHECTIC and mita present their 15th generation MT580 done with New Balance. Never one to shy away from bold color combinations, the colorways seemingly continue on a 90s trip with colors such as Passion Flower and Cayenne thrown together on one of the two offerings. A release date is set for December 6th.
Cop ‘Em at PROPER
You wont have to blow these through your t-shirt…WOW that was flagrantly akward, but you get what I meant. I know some people would opt for the alchohol on a q-tip to make the cartridge work. All you have to do with lace em up and your good to go.
The countdown just started as label Royalefam and its creator, sneaker customizer SBTG (Mark Ong), prepare for the global launch of its newest collection, titled Dead Generals, for the Fall/Winter 2008 seasons. What could be the more extensive product portfolio from Royalefam, the Dead Generals Collection will be a range of cut & sewn pieces, each with exact details which will correlate to an exclusive range of customized Nike Dunk High and Low – the Jackal & Hyde Dunk Series.
By far the most ambitious undertaking of SBTG to date, the Jackal (red) & Hyde (yellow) Dunks are a complete revision of the idea behind sneaker customization. Instead just add on graphics with ink and paint, SBTG took apart each pair and meticulously reconstructed them from the ground up. Adorned first with a layer of painted graphics, then on top, a layer of authentic selvedge denim works, camouflage elements from vintage BDUs, military grade zipper stripes & rivets. Wearers are encourage to take the sneakers through its pace. From the wear and tear, the design on these Dunks will progress through a transformation, revealing the labyrinth of creative elements beneath, much like the central character of the Dunks’ namesake novel.
A total of 24 pairs will be available, 8 pairs per Jackal & Hyde Dunk High plus 12 pairs of Jackal & Hyde Dunk Low. The Dunk Series along with the Royalefam Dead Generals Collection will launch through its online store on Sunday, October 26th.
Release Date: October 26th (Sunday)
Congrats on the continued success and consistency SBTG, I remember when you used to IM me sweating my OG Cocoas in like 2002, now your dropping highly sought after masterpieces left and right. Love it!
One of the nicest Nike Air Force 1’s this season, will be released in the coming weeks. The waterproof Air Force 1 Supreme comes in olive green with a gum sole and white Swoosh. Clean design, nice features. The sneaker will be released at Proper on October 25th.
If only these dropped on my birthday, would have made one very happy birthday boy! Gum soles, Olive tough as teatons uppers, um check please!
The economy is pretty much hurting everyone, sneaker collectors are now forced to sell off their most prized possessions just to get by, their girlfriends sneakers. A perfect example, the Hustling formerly on the run “Corgishoe” and his fabled and highly coveted 2000+ pair collection is set to evaporate one by one on eBay in the coming months. As legend has it, Corgishoe occupied a 5 room house and furnished it entirely with nothing but sneaker boxes containing untold levels of leather and vulcanized rubber insanity.
Sizes ranging from 8-12, pairs released from the golden era, to the hypebeast era anything you can think of will most likely show up on ebay very soon! This is sure to be an ebay seller to watch as the liquidation of years upon years of deadstock heaters go up for auction. My only hope is that I have the expendable funds to capitalize on some of my watch list. Check It Here!
That clusterfuck of images up there, is from this ebay auction of a seller who claims to be an ex Nike Sport Research Lab Electronics Technician, behind the construction of the Holy grail to sneaker fanatics everywhere.
Although in the fictional movie “Calvin Klein” is seen sporting them as he hover-boarded around his home town of Hill Valley, in the year 2015. Which according to this auction was not the original intention:
“They were originally called “Slamball Shoes,” and that’s what most people called them around Nike. There was supposed to have been a scene in the movie in which Marty plays Slamball, a game like 3D racquetball where the participants wear magnetic shoes which allow them to climb up the walls. That scene was never shot because the cost of building a huge room on gimbals to create the effect was too great.”
Still futuristic then, the reality of it all is that the shoes were/are really low tech, with simple LED lights powered by an external battery pack. Also apparent is that during that production and test shots in 1984-’85 they were not constructed of space age material as my imagination would have preferred, as the color has faded, and the materials have since broken down.
“”The shoe is in “good” condition for what it is, but since the polyurethane midsole and fabric body of the shoe were simply spray-painted in the suggested color, some of the paint has flaked off over time. The LEDs, the E-L panel on the ankle strap, and one of the two E-L panels on the midsole still work. The other midsole panel comes on if you flex the shoe slightly. I originally thought I could get away with a rigid connection between those two panels, but it turned out that the flexing of the shoe during wear broke the connection.
This auction is sure to be one to watch. I am guessing upwards of 5k, but who knows, ebay is not that serious anymore.
So somehow, I was doing some window shopping yesterday, and got linked to Flight Club by Nike. This new members only site, boasts to feature future releases of much sought after Michael Jordan brand items only available to its V.I.P. Members (which will shortly be sold at the other “Flight Club.”) Supposedly this site will release Nike Air Jordan 3 Retro in Black/Cement sometime in November, so im really looking forward to re-living KRS-One “South Bronx” video when those re-re-re drop!
Side note i remember working at Footlocker when they were retro’d for the second time (the first time being 1994 with the special box), i bought up like 3 pairs being that I was the stock manager i had that type of clout lol. I eventually beat one pair up playing ball at the park, to the point where, i thought they were so badly beat that i had to salvage the cement print…So i cut it off and glued it on to some all white low af1’s…DOH! I guess greed will do that to you cause the jordans weren’t really all that beat, i definitely wont do something stupid like that when these 3’s get re-released lol. I’m sure i have pics of that foolery somewhere if i find it i will update accordingly for shits and giggles.
Now I frequent a few Sneaker sites and post on some messageboards and faintly remember several 30+ page posts of people begging for invites, some offering upwards of $200 dollars to purchase an invite to this Member-only site, so if you know anyone I may have an extra invite for sale .
After much hype by a few sneaker blogs, the neon AM95 jacking/renditions continue. The image on the right was the original teaser, but after the de-pixilation of the pic with these new images that surfaced, I am not really surprised and no longer really interested in spending 185 dollars on these (or whatever price they’re going to be). I mean the 3M is a nice touch, but then you got all this elephant print which I have now become allergic to with its bastardized overuse. Anyway if you are not swayed from your original “I must have those” feelings on this collaboration with DJ Clark Kent, then stay tuned and check out here, here, and here, while you wait to line up.
With rising gas prices to 4.09 in my area and being forced to fill up 3 times a week on the “good shit” aka 93 octane I will just spend hours coming up with different color-ways of “sneakers i would get if i didn’t spend it on buying gas instead”. Man when gas was like 3′ bucks for that good stuff i used to be at 255 Liz-bet street stocking up on those little black binders of shoes. How times have changed. Go play my little online video game here.
While I’m at it, here’s my wish-list for the month. If these rappers stop flaking this will be where I’d spend my extras. Bills, Bills, Bills, SMH!
